1903 Victorian Home

Trevino Manor has gone through a maginficant restoration. It is now back to its orginal glory. The home is located in the historic area of Terrell. It is a quaint area that, on any given time of day, you can hear church bells and the tooting of a train in the distance. The home brings you back to a simpler time and a relaxed pace. It is strolling distance to the post office, library, coffee shops, banks, and churchs in the area.

This histortic home has been totally repainted using historically accurate colors. It has two wrap around porches with newly installed Hampton Bay ceiling fans. The porches can now be enjoyed year-round. In addition, the home boasts three more porches and balconies on the side and back. All porches and balconies were rebuilt in 2005.

A new roof was installed in 2006 using radient barrier decking. The decking helps lower cooling costs. The new roof is a 40 year Elk five tab roof that gives the inpression of cedar shingles. Also, copper shingles were used on the turret to emphasize the extraordinary unquiness of the home.

New spray foam insulation was applied to the floor (in the crawlspace) and on the ducts to provide more energy efficiancy.

In the front of the home is a beautiful water fountain with colorful flowers underneath and two old style hitching posts.

The home has a wrought iron fence (painted in 2006) that frames the front. Also, in the front there is a large circular drive giving plenty of parking.

On the north side of the home, there is a spacious three car garage that has built-in work areas and attic storage. There is also an attached shed. The back yard is large and fully fenced in. It includes a large playgound set ready to be enjoyed.

The new roof included copper on the turret. The colors were picked with a historic color consultant.

The back of the house features two more porches -- perfect for grilling out, even when it's raining!

An extra-large 3 car garage.

Even though it looks like a full acre lot -- it is slightly smaller. .75 acres, if I remember correctly.
